The User acknowledges that the rights, present or future, of intellectual and industrial property of the Content Suite Mobile POS © are the exclusive property of Label Dictate Technologies LLC. The only right granted to you is the License of Use in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Suite Mobile POS © hereby certifies that the Suite Mobile POS © Content is protected by the Laws of the United States as well as international conventions and treaties regarding intellectual property or copyright, which the User undertakes to respect.
Suite Mobile POS © does not grant in favor of the User, any right or license regarding patents, copyrights, trademarks, industrial secrets or any other intellectual, industrial, or copyright property rights, other than the rights granted on the Content Suite Mobile POS © by virtue of these Terms and Conditions.
Suite Mobile POS © grants the User a license to use included in Suite Mobile POS ©, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and per device on the Content Suite Mobile POS © with the sole purpose that the Users can use the Services in an unlimited manner.
By using the Services, the User will be able to enter, manage, and generate data and information in text, files (hereinafter the "User Content") which will be seen by other Users of your Company in accordance with the settings you establish. the Administrator, and in all cases by the Administrator. Suite Mobile POS © is not responsible for any User Content or the use that the Administrator, User, or other Users make of the User Content.
